Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, Lancaster Legacy is expected to bring future homeowners a completely new living experience. With that spirit and goal in mind, the project development team is making efforts to maintain the construction progress on-site right after the Lunar New Year holiday.

As of the beginning of March 2024, the project has been substantially completed up to the 35th floor, with the construction of the 36th floor currently in progress. According to the plan, the project will reach the roofing stage and enter the final construction phase by the end of the first quarter of 2024.

The completion of the model units is also being accelerated to meticulously finish the remaining items, to welcome customers, homeowners and investors of Lancaster Legacy for visiting.
